Applications are due by January 29, 2027.
Step 1
Attend a Tour
Visit campus on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning or join information session to experience The Madeleine firsthand.
Step 2
Apply
Complete the online application and submit your child's most recent report card and test scores. The application fee is $100.
Step 3
Interview & Assessment
Parents meet with our principal. Students complete a brief assessment and, for grades 1-8, a full school day visit.
Step 4
Decision
Acceptance letters are sent beginning late February. Financial aid decisions are communicated at the same time.

Enroll
Accept your offer and submit the registration fee to secure your child's spot. Welcome to The Madeleine!

Important dates for the 2027-2028 admissions cycle
The best way to experience Madeleine is in person. Join us for a campus tour where you'll see our classrooms in action, meet our dedicated faculty, and get a feel for the warm community that makes our school special.
Tours are typically 60-90 minutes and include time for questions. We encourage both parents and students to attend when possible.

$400/month (unlimited) or $300/month (5pm plan)

Financial Aid
Three sources of financial aid are available to qualifying families: The Madeleine Financial Aid, the Pass It On Fund, and the Diocese of Oakland FACE Fund. These sources provide up to $8,500 in combined assistance per child. All applications are reviewed confidentially, and aid decisions are communicated alongside admissions decisions.
