In grades 3-5, every Madeleine classroom has two full-time lead teachers. Not a teacher and an aide, but two co-equal partners who plan and teach together every day.
This lets teachers differentiate instruction, adapt pacing, and work with smaller groups. In TK and Kindergarten, a dedicated classroom aide supports our youngest students through their educational journey.
